How will my products be delivered and how much will it cost?

Most of our products are delivered by the Royal Mail and will be sent by Recorded Delivery, or for expensive items, Special Delivery. These forms of delivery require a signature - although if no one is home, the Royal Mail will leave a calling card allowing you to pick your goods up from the local sorting office or rearrange a suitable delivery time. We will require certain items to only be delivered to the cardholder's address and will contact you should this be the case.

On occasions we may use a national courier firm, or if you are local to Ridemore, we may deliver in one of our own liveried vehicles.

Delivery charges are generally 4.95, but on some very bulky items we may need to charge an additional amount. This will be clearly stated on the item description where applicable.

When will my goods arrive?

We will send you an email when your goods have been despatched. You should then receive them within 3 -5 days, dependent on delivery conditions, weekends and bank holidays. However, this can only be an estimate and if you do have any concerns, then please get in touch and we will investigate.

I can't see what I want on your website? Maybe I don't know what I want!

Get in touch with us, by phone or email. We may have the product in stock in our shop, or we may have an equivalent product. The team that work in the shop are all passionate about horses and will happily offer advice before you commit to buy.

I need to return an item I have purchased

At Ridemore we try to get the right product to you in perfect condition each time you order. But mistakes will happen and when they do we will seek to correct them with the minimum of fuss.

If you are not happy with the supplied product, then within 30 days of receiving the goods the first step is to contact us by either email or phone.

If you think the goods are faulty or broken, let us know and we will issue you with a returns number and form to return the goods. You must pay the postage costs of the return and we suggest you send it using a traceable delivery service, as we will not be responsible for goods that go missing in transit. Once we have established the goods as faulty or broken, we will refund your postage costs and refund the full cost of the goods or offer a replacement as appropriate.

If you want to return the products for any other reason, let us know and we will issue you with a returns number and form to return the goods. The goods must be returned unused, in the same condition they were received and with the original packaging. You must pay the postage costs of the return and we suggest you send it using a traceable delivery service, as we will not be responsible for goods that go missing in transit. Once we have received the goods in an acceptable state, we will refund the cost of the goods only or send you a suitable replacement.

I like shopping on your site, but I don't want marketing emails from you

We quite understand. When you set up your account you will have be given the option to exclude yourself from any marketing campaigns or special offers we choose to make available to our customers.

If you now want to change your mind, just send us an email and we'll make sure your request is actioned.

I live outside the UK, can I still buy from your website?

Yes of course, but please contact us by phone or email before placing your order. Shipping certain products overseas may require adherence to local regulations or involve additional costs.

If orders are placed from overseas customers without first contacting us, we may refuse to accept the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo & Electron. We do not currently accept American Express.

What are the opening hours of your shop?

Ridemore is open 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Saturday.
